I have played vital roles working with different teams for successfull delivery of projects in both private and public sectors. I have worked on many projects ranging from simple website development to advanced system integrations.

Below are just a few of the projects I worked on;

Trade Route Incident Mapping System (TRIMS) -GIZ sponsored, Federal Ministry of Trade & Ogun State

  • Developed mobile applications(android, iOS, Blackberry and Windows phone platforms)for traders to report incidents such as extortions, delays and harassments along the trade route.
  • Developed a middleware that integrated with a longcode and shortcode SMS service for traders to report incidents.
  • Developed the TRIMS website with the incident mapping and statistics function showing the incidents from the mobile app and SMS platforms with markers.
  • Provide periodic uptime report and usage statistics for the TRIMS website, SMS and mobile apps.

ALERT(Whistle blowingUSSD platform) - an ICGLR sponsored project for reporting illegal mining activities in the republic of Congo using USSD.

  • Developed USSD integration with the telecoms in DRC to generate USSD menu and process incident reports.
  • Created a web-based case management system for managing incidents.
  • Worked closely with the telecoms operators in setting up secure VPN tunnel for secure connectivity with ALERT.
  • Performed general project management and follow up with all stake-holders.

Construction Contractors Management Process (CCMP) - a Chevron Nigeria Limited owned project for equal distribution of contracts and jobs among local content contractors.The system provided fair and equal distribution of projects among registered contractors using some advanced bidders selection process built into the system to generate list of bidders for every project.

  • Developed the system using ASP from an offshore location in Escravos while working closely with the construction contracts group.
  • I later re-wrote the application in ASP.NET following the upgrade in Chevron’s application platforms

Revenue collection and administration system - Board of internal Revenue, Plateau State Nigeria.

  • Designed and developed an information portal to providethe public every information they need on tax related matters.
  • With feature for self-tax-assessment, savings calculators, form downloads, announcements, guides and FAQ, etc.

Cooperative administration and accounting system - Originally sponsored by Chevron Cooperatives in Escravosfor managing the contributions, loans and re-payments of the cooperative members.

  • Designed and developed the system while working the group in Escravos.
  • I later upgraded the system with the ability to manage any other cooperatives.

Downstream oil and gas distribution management System - sponsored by AA Rano Oil and GasLtd (client: Hypercomm Networks).

  • Developed a web based application that takes care of all the activities of the sponsor, from product purchase to bridging, sales to distributions, trucks activities and oil subsidiesclaim reports.
  • Developed an android app for depot reps to use for processing product bridgingand distributions at depot locations.

Teleconference portal - a project owned by DigitalMediaPlus.

  • Designed and developed a web portal for users to schedule conference call with multiple participants.

Instant Airtime, Data, Utility and Digital TV top upAndroid app - a project owned by DigitalMediaPlus.

  • Designed and developed a web portal for users to instantly top uptheir phone credit, Digital TVs, Utility bills, etc.
  • Developed an android mobile app for users to use the service.

Digital TV subscribers Registration and activation system(Digital Switch over TV) - sponsored by Nigerian Broadcasting Corporation(NBC)(client: Contact Solutions Limited).

  • Developed an SMS platform for customers to validate and activate their decoder boxes using SMS commands.
  • Developed a self-service Interactive Response System (IVR) for customers to validate, activate, refresh and swap their decoder boxes.
  • Developed a web platform for customer care agents to register and activate new customers.

MaxAgent customer information display based on Altigen and MS Dynamics - Contact Solutions Limited

  • Developed integrationwith Altigen which is used by customer care agents. The application pops up customer information from Microsoft Dynamics CRM when a call comes in.

Other projects - I have developed some other web,and mobile projects which includes

  • Hotspot billing system –a gateway billing system used by hotels and universities in Nigeria, based on miKrotic router.I developed the project while working at Kits Technologies.
  • Point Of Sale Solution with Barcode support.
  • Bulk SMS messaging System.
  • Mobile place finder (Places aroundMe) – an android mobile app that shows the user important places such as hotels, churches, markets, etc close to his location with direction on how to get to selected place. The projectwas developed for entry into one of MTN Nigeria developer competitions.
