Your data never leaves your phone

Poultry Pro is a farm-management app that runs entirely on your device. Everything you record — batches, birds, eggs, mortality, feed, sales, purchases, expenses, loans, customers, suppliers and houses — is stored locally on your phone. We do not have accounts, we do not run servers that hold your data, and we do not collect, transmit, sell or share any of your information.

What information the app handles

The farm records you choose to enter (production, flock, health, inventory and financial records, and the names/phone numbers of any customers or suppliers you add).
App preferences (for example, your reminder settings).

All of this is written to a private database on your device. It is not sent to us or to anyone else.

What we collect

Nothing. We do not collect any personal or usage data. The app contains no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party trackers. We cannot see what you record, and we have no way to identify you.

What we share

Nothing. Because your data stays on your device, there is nothing for us to share. The only time information leaves your phone is when you deliberately use the app’s export or share features — for example, exporting a report as PDF or CSV, or backing up your database file — and choose an app (such as email, WhatsApp or a cloud drive) to send it to. In that case, the data goes only where you send it, handled by that app under its own privacy terms. We are not involved and never receive a copy.

Permissions the app uses

Notifications — to show you local reminders (for example, vaccination dates and the daily record nudge). These reminders are generated on your device; nothing is sent to us.
Run reminders after restart — so scheduled reminders survive a phone reboot.

The app package may list additional standard permissions (such as network access) that come bundled with common software libraries. This free version of the app does not use them to collect or transmit your data.

Where your data is stored, and how to remove it

Your records live in the app’s private storage on your device.
You can export a full copy at any time from More → Data & reports → Export my data, and keep it wherever you like. We recommend doing this regularly so you have a backup.
Uninstalling the app removes its data from your device. Because we hold no copy, uninstalling permanently deletes it.

Data security

Your data is protected by your device’s own security (screen lock, encryption). Since we never receive your data, there is no server for it to be exposed from. Please keep your device secured and back up your records so you don’t lose them if your phone is lost or damaged.

Children’s privacy

Poultry Pro is a business tool intended for farm owners and workers. It is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect information from anyone.

Changes to this policy

If we add features in the future that change how data is handled — for example, an optional cloud backup or sign-in — we will update this policy and the app’s Play Store “Data safety” details before those features are enabled.
